For the duration of the contract (initially 12 calendar months), we would:

  • Be available to provide competent advice on Quality, Environmental, Safety and Health issues at any time via email, telephone or in person
  • Act as your retained Quality, Environmental, Safety and Health Consultant
  • Unless you request otherwise, work with you in the creation, development, implementation and maintenance of a Quality, Health and Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) management system (the “IBMS”) that meets the requirements of ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environmental) and BS OHSAS 18001 (Health and Safety)*
  • Ensure that your IBMS contains all the policies, procedures, forms and documents you should need for successfully managing environmental health, safety, and environmental matters in your business.  The documents will be branded as your company and will be specific to your needs
  • Where you already have one or more management systems, work with you to develop and maintain those systems
  • Carry out one full day visit per month to be used as required.  This could include:
    • A site inspection or site audit (or more than one if sites are within reasonable distance of each other)
    • A visit to both a site and an office (if reasonably close to one another)
    • A visit to your office, to advise, assist in completing PQQs, inspect, carry out internal audits, develop your management system, provide support at an external audit or meeting, or any other QHSE activity that benefits your business
    • Development of your Integrated Business Management System (IBMS), either at your office or remotely*
    • A health, safety, environmental and/or quality compliance assessment of one of your suppliers or contractors
    • An accident/incident investigation and the subsequent report
    • A full day or part-day’s training
  • Carry out a Gap Analysis for legal compliance as the first month’s visit, from which we would produce an in-depth report and action plan
  • Produce an in-depth report after any audits/inspections we complete, which would include photographs where beneficial
  • Produce a monthly health, safety and environmental newsletter covering topical subjects relevant to your business and branded as your company for you to distribute internally

* Please note that, depending on the status of any management systems you already have and your own timescales for achieving certification (if you wish to do so), it may be necessary to add additional days of remote and office working to sufficiently develop your management systems. Where additional days are required they would be charged at the same rate.  We would discuss and agree this with you beforehand.
 

Our day rate starts at £425 per day (plus VAT and mileage at 45p/mile) and would ask new clients to commit to one day per month for a minimum 12 months contract.

If additional days are required to suit the client’s requirements, these would be charged at the agreed rate.

Hourly and part-day rates are also available.
